Who we are
Partners Karen Friedman Agnifilo and Marc Agnifilo hail from the public sector where they both have extensive prosecution experience; Karen worked for three decades at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office where she served as an Executive and was the second in command as the Chief Assistant DA. Rising up through the ranks, she gained extensive investigative and trial experience in addition to management and policy experience. Marc also began his career at the Manhattan DA’s Office, then moved to prosecute federal cases as an Assistant United States Attorney at the New Jersey U.S Attorney’s Office. Marc has been in private practice now for almost 20 years while Karen joined the private sector in 2021. Their collective expertise brings a tailored approach to every matter.
